Heal Oasis is a Malaysian head spa and scalp-care brand with three branches: Damansara Heights (Kuala Lumpur), Plaza Arkadia Desa ParkCity (Kuala Lumpur) and Eco Botanic 2 (Johor Bahru). We offer head spa treatments that combine scalp analysis, deep cleansing, aromatherapy head, neck and shoulder massage and hair care, in private rooms with women therapists. We also sell the SALPZ, HALO and ELIGLOW products we use in our treatments at shop.heal-oasis.com.

A head spa is a treatment focused on the scalp, head, neck and shoulders. At Heal Oasis it usually starts with a scalp check using a micro-camera, followed by a deep-cleansing scalp and hair wash, aromatherapy massage, and finishes with a blow-dry and style. It helps you relax, eases tension in the head, neck and shoulders, and leaves the scalp clean and refreshed. It is a wellness treatment, not a medical one.

No. Heal Oasis is a spa, not a clinic. Our treatments support scalp health and relaxation, but they are not medical treatments and results vary from person to person. For sudden, severe or unexplained hair loss, or a scalp condition that does not go away, please see a doctor.

Damansara Heights KL: Tuesday to Sunday, 9:30am–9:30pm, last treatment starts 7:30pm, closed on Mondays. Plaza Arkadia Desa ParkCity KL: daily 9:30am–9:30pm, last call 7:30pm (closed for renovation in Oct–Nov 2026; reopening as HEAL, expected 13 November 2026). Eco Botanic 2 JB: daily 10:30am–10:30pm, last call 8:30pm.

Yes. Damansara Heights: customer bays (first come, first served) and building paid parking. Plaza Arkadia Desa ParkCity: mall parking, with valet available. Eco Botanic 2 JB: free parking, 24/7.

For relaxation, the Ultimate Holistic Spa (120 minutes) is our signature, full experience, and the Express Stress Relief Head Spa (60 minutes) is a shorter introduction. If you have a scalp or hair concern such as hair fall, oiliness, dandruff or a sensitive scalp, choose the Premium Eliglow Scalp Revitalizing Treatment. Our Premium Eliglow Scalp Revitalizing Treatment is designed for scalp concerns. It deep-cleanses excess oil and buildup, helps balance the scalp, strengthens the hair follicles and helps reduce hair fall, supporting healthier hair growth. Results vary from person to person and nothing is guaranteed. We are a spa, not a clinic: sudden, severe or unexplained hair loss should be checked by a doctor.

For relaxation, every 2–4 weeks suits most people; the 60-minute Express can be every 1–2 weeks. For a scalp programme, our therapists will suggest a plan after checking your scalp. Using the right shampoo at home between visits helps keep the scalp in good condition.

Yes. Choose Glow & Grow, our prenatal package, which uses lighter pressure and pregnancy-adapted positioning. Please check with your doctor or midwife first and tell our staff about any complications when you arrive.

The Revitalise Repost Retreat (140 minutes) is made for hair damaged by perming, colouring, bleaching and heat styling, with extended scalp preparation, head, neck and shoulder massage and nourishing hair care. At home, the SALPZ Moisture Repair Shampoo with the Intensive Repair Hair Mask continues the care.

Book online at heal-oasis.com/booking or WhatsApp the branch. An online booking is a request: our team confirms the slot on WhatsApp. Weekday bookings need a 50% deposit; weekend and public holiday bookings are paid in full upfront. The booking is confirmed once payment is received.

DuitNow QR (any participating bank or e-wallet such as Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, ShopeePay, Boost or Maybank MAE), bank transfer, and international payments from Singapore, Thailand and Indonesia. After paying, send the receipt to the branch WhatsApp.

Yes. Every treatment is sold as an e-voucher at shop.heal-oasis.com under Spa Vouchers. It arrives by email straight away, can be personalised with a gift design, names and a message, has no expiry unless stated, and can be given to anyone.

Yes. All our therapists are women and every room is private, so Muslimah customers can remove their hijab in comfort and privacy at all three branches. We do not have male therapists.

Yes. Every branch has private single rooms and double (couple) rooms. Mention that you are two people when booking.

Yes. Our treatments suit all ages and hair types, and many of our customers are men. Tell your therapist about any health conditions so pressure and positioning can be adjusted.

None of our branches has shower facilities. We'd rather guests don't bring children, as it can disturb others; only Eco Botanic 2 JB has a kids' room. A quiet child may stay in the room with the parent.
