Booking
Book your visit
Pick the branch, the treatment and a time that suits you. We will come back to you to confirm.
- 1
Choose your branch, treatment and time below, and leave us your name and a real, working WhatsApp phone number — we use it to confirm your booking. Bookings with a fake or incorrect phone number are cancelled straight away.
- 2
You will get a booking confirmation on WhatsApp straight away. It records what you asked for — it is not yet a confirmed appointment.
- 3
Nothing is confirmed for an online booking until our customer service team checks it. If that time has gone, or the therapist you chose is off or not available, we will offer you the nearest slot.
- 4
Payment secures your slot: 50% deposit on weekdays, full payment on weekends and public holidays. This applies to bookings made more than 24 hours in advance — bookings within 24 hours need no deposit. Our customer service team will WhatsApp you the payment details — your booking is confirmed once payment is received.
Heal Desa ParkCity is being renovated
Closed for renovation from 12 Oct — reopening as Heal Desa ParkCity around 24 Nov 2026. Until then, please book at KL Damansara Heights or JB Eco Botanic 2; your vouchers and packages are valid there.
